Abstract
This study examined the effects of collective bargaining on faculty compensation primarily during the 1970's. The major conclusion was that unionism resulted in greater compensation gains in both the short and long run but their gains were significantly larger only in the short run. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
