Abstract
The author recommends a method whereby public school management can become more knowledgeable in labor relations. The procedure involves analyzing statistics on work stoppages in public education to determine the issue of greatest concern and intensity to striking employees. The elements making up those issues should be incorporated in management training programs that will give participants a general awareness of the dynamics of educational labor relations. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
