Mean (SD) of indentation modulus (GPa) for labeled and unlabeled osteons derived by the two methods, quasi-static (QS) and continuous stiffness measurement (CSM). The hardness was not significantly different for the two methods for the labeled (Formula) but different for the unlabeled osteons (Formula).
