Learning at your desk: NeLH's phone-in learning sessions
Abstract
During Awareness Week 2003 (24–30 November), the NeLH delivered over 70 phone-in learning sessions. Designed as quick, convenient and confidential, the sessions proved highly successful. Around 3 in 5 participants completed online evaluations, of whom over 90% said they would recommend the training to colleagues.
