						<Abstract Language="En">Students were surveyed to determine their attitudes toward a faculty strike. Students exhibited somewhat greater support for strikes in an abstract situation as opposed to a concrete situation. Additionally, students who had previous experience with unions (via parental membership) demonstrated more positive attitudes toward faculty strikes. The results suggest that future investigations into the dynamics of student involvement in collective bargaining need to consider a number of variables.</Abstract>
