A questionnaire containing eight questions regarding the law was randomly administered by telephone to 500 Virginians. The results indicated that a large percentage of Virginians are either uninformed or misinformed regarding their rights under the law. Additionally, significant differences were obtained between males and females, with males demonstrating greater knowledge of Right-to-Work laws.
