The present study investigated comprehension of right-to-work law among residents of Arizona. Random sampling via an eight-question questionnaire was conducted by telephone to 100 Arizona residents. The results were then compared with those obtained in an earlier study conducted in Virginia. Findings indicated that Arizona residents, similar to Virginia residents, were either misinformed or uniformed concerning their rights under the law. Significant differences did exist, however, between the two states, with residents of Arizona appearing to be more informed than the Virginia populace.
