						<Abstract Language="En">The effects of a collective bargaining course on students' attitudes toward unions were measured. Significant positive changes in the experimental group's attitudes toward unionism in general, national unions, union effectiveness, the economic impact of unions, and local unions versus national unions were the result of classroom treatment. Implications for unionized organizations are discussed.</Abstract>
