						<Abstract Language="En">In this study, wage and nonwage components of teacher collective bargaining contracts in Indiana were quantified and empirically analyzed to discover the major determinants of bargaining outcomes. A model linking environmental, organizational, and bargaining process characteristics to the outcomes of bargaining was tested. Organizational variables were shown to have the strongest direct effect on bargaining outcomes for teachers in Indiana.</Abstract>
