Abstract
The author has examined all interest arbitration award under the Ohio Public Employees Collective Bargaining Act to October 30, 1986. The data indicate that the issue of the appropriate wage increase occurs most often. Unions have prevailed more than employers on this issue with firefighters prevailing more frequently than the various police unions.
