Abstract
This study used longitudinal data to investigate the relationship between unionization and faculty commitment to their university and academic college. The results revealed that the introduction of a collective bargaining unit did not significantly influence the level of expressed commitment of either the university or academic college. The implication of these findings for theory and application are considered. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
