						<Abstract Language="En">Reports of the demise of differentiated staffing are greatly exaggerated. Instead, it is alive and well and living in Temple City, California. This article reviews the current status of the concept in the face of financial adversity and it describes cooperative efforts at finding solutions. Included is a staff survey that depicts the attitudes of the faculty and administration toward differentiated staffing.</Abstract>
