Abstract
The author reviews changes to contracts in higher education, citing new clauses and variations of traditional clauses. The advantages and dangers implicit in these changes are also discussed. Some of the trends indicate new concerns and a new climate for college-level negotiations and contract administration. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
