Abstract
The purpose of this research was to examine the use of decision support systems and information technology in collective bargaining activities by teacher union negotiators. In addition to software use and data sources, concerns and attitudes toward the use of computers were explored. It was found that the majority of union negotiators use computers in preparation for, and conduct of, negotiations. However, applications of advanced technology are limited. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
