Abstract

The present study sought to determine whether there were any significant differences in knowledge of right-to-work laws between college business students in Maryland and Virginia. The results indicated that college business students in Virginia, irrespective of gender, were more informed about right-to-work laws than college students in Maryland. Furthermore, when the samples were combined and compared by gender, female students appeared to be uninformed or misinformed about right-to-work laws significantly more often than their male counterparts.
