Abstract
Using logit analysis, a model predicting the outcome of unionization issues that resulted in arbitration in the public sector was developed. This model, developed by analyzing 1,318 arbitrated cases, enables prediction of case outcomes based on the existence of individual rights and unionization-related issues. Implications for future research are included. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
