Abstract
This study examines the practical impact of the accommodation of partially disabled nurses in a large, public, acute care hospital. Using interviews, the perspectives of various stakeholders are canvassed and three recurring themes identified: importance of communication and information; ambivalent attitudes toward accommodation; and conflict over scarce resources. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
