						<Abstract Language="En">The results of this study may at first seem far removed from the world of negotiating. Improving support services for preservice teachers may appear to have little to do with the collective bargaining process. It is thus fitting for union representatives and practitioners concerned with bargaining to ask: &quot;So what?&quot; So what does this study have to do with negotiating for teacher educators? At first glance the simple answer may seem to be &quot;very little.&quot; But, upon closer examination we see that nothing could be further from the truth. Indeed, this study speaks volumes about the state of public sector today. In fact, its message screams for action to be taken in education, on a collective scale.</Abstract>
