Abstract
The article presents a dynamic conceptual model of the interrelationship among teacher attitudes toward job satisfaction, professionalism, and collective negotiations. The authors suggest that a strong interrelationship exists among the three major variables in the model and, contrary to some of the previous research, incongruity does not necessarily exist between professionalism and collective negotiations. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
