This article updates earlier research published in the Journal on attitudes of University of Hawaii faculty members toward unions and collective bargaining. In general, attitudes have become more moderate, with fewer faculty taking extremely strong pro-union and no-union positions. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
