Abstract
This article reports an empirical study of the relationship between identification with management and collective bargaining representation among police supervisors. Although no significant relationship existed between representation and identification among first line supervisors, a significant negative relationship was found among higher ranking supervisors. Also, a significant positive relationship was found between supervisory rank and identification with management. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
