The authors surveyed college students to determine their attitudes toward the educational environment and their propensity for joining a student union. Analysis showed that student dissatisfaction with the level of influence in collegiate decision making correlated with the students' professional willingness to join a union. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License.
