						<Abstract Language="En">The authors examined the differences existing in selected categories of fringe benefits among 991 teachers from varied settings. Teacher desires were found indifferent with regard to their tenure status, sex, level of teaching, or school district size, in at least one of the four subhypotheses tested.</Abstract>
