						<Abstract Language="En">As the American population ages, the importance of laws prohibiting age discrimination increases. The law protecting older workers with respect to employment benefits constitutes a distinct and rapidly evolving subcategory of the law on age discrimination. The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 has been amended by Congress and interpreted by the U.S. Supreme Court on several occasions over the past decade. This article examines some of the recent legislative and judicial developments at the Supreme Court level that affect employment benefits for older workers.</Abstract>
