						<Abstract Language="En">Eight hypothetical incidents involving typical business decisions were distributed to a sample of 512 participants. Each incident had two forms, differentiated only by the gender of the individual involved. Significant differences were found in response patterns depending upon the gender of the individual involved and the gender of the respondent.</Abstract>
