Indentation modulus (Least square means) for each depth (100 nm, 200 nm, 300 nm, 400 nm, 500 nm). While the labeled osteons have a significantly lower indentation modulus than the unlabeled osteons there is no significant ( $\text{[math]}$ ) difference in the IM with depth.
