        <p>De nouvelles professions et compétences, jusqu’alors exclusivement attribuées aux médecins, apportent un soulagement et déclenchent un bouleversement culturel dans la prise en charge de base. Avec la formation postgraduée de coordinatrice ou coordinateur en médecine ambulatoire (CMA), les assistantes médicales et assistants médicaux (AM) acquièrent des compétences élargies à un niveau professionnel supérieur dans le domaine de la gestion des activités et de la qualité ainsi qu’une capacité de direction des collaboratrices et collaborateurs. Ils obtiennent en outre un savoir-faire dans l’accompagnement des malades chroniques.</p>
