A mon corps défendant. A terre je me suis retrouvée, sans carapace, nue devant l’existence. Sans rites de passage. Les lois de la gravité sont sans pitié. Le sol n’en finit pas de se dérober. Après la perte de ma santé, la perte de mon travail et tous les avantages socioéconomiques et la crédibilité qui vont avec, je me suis retrouvée dans la mouise financière. Même si j’ai eu la « chance » que la période entre le versement du dernier salaire et le versement des rentes n’a duré que six mois, cette « chance » n’a payé, ni mon loyer, ni mes factures, ni rassuré mes angoisses. J’étais une apostrophe suspendue au-dessus d’un abîme intemporel et lourdement menaçant. En solitaire, je quittais un monde dont je connaissais la petite musique, pour une terre inconnue, austère, inhospitalière. Les collègues deviennent des connaissances que je croise de moins en moins, et avec lesquels on ne partage plus grand chose, sinon des sourires gênés. Avec les amis très attachés à la normalité, je suis devenue trop singulière.</p>
