Die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines postoperativen Hypoparathyreoidismus nach Schilddr&uuml;senoperationen h&auml;ngt u.a. ab von der Erfahrung des Chirurgen und dem Ausmass der Schilddr&uuml;sen- bzw. Lymphknotenresektion. Es werden transiente (Regredienz innerhalb von Tagen bis Monaten) als auch chronische Verl&auml;ufe (Persistenz &amp;gt;6 bis 12 Monate) beobachtet. Ein transienter postoperativer Hypoparathyreoidismus ist nach totaler Thyreoidektomie relativ h&auml;ufig (10 bis 20%), ein persistierender Hypoparathyreoidismus bei sehr erfahrenen Chirurgen dagegen relativ selten</p>
