      <abstract abstract-type="article" xml:lang="de">&lt;p&gt;Low back pain ist h&amp;auml;ufig und bei jungen Patienten meist harmlos. Entsprechend wird in der Akutphase (4-6 Wochen) in der Regel keine bildgebende Diagnostik empfohlen (less is more), wie auch bei chronischen Beschwerden (l&amp;auml;nger als 3 Monate). Bei Vorhandensein von red flags (radikul&amp;auml;re Zeichen mit neurologischen Ausf&amp;auml;llen, Alter 50 Jahren, B-Symptome, Ruhe-/Nachtschmerz, Thoraxschmerzen, Immunsuppression, Osteoporose, Trauma) sind jedoch weiterreichende Abkl&amp;auml;rungen n&amp;ouml;tig, wo die konventionelle R&amp;ouml;ntgenaufnahme in stehender Position zur Basisuntersuchung geh&amp;ouml;rt. Wir beschreiben hier einen ungew&amp;ouml;hnlichen Fall eines low back pain bei einer jungen Patientin, bei der erst umfangreiche Diagnostik die Diagnose lieferte.&lt;/p&gt;</abstract>
