Entsprechend wird in der Akutphase (4-6 Wochen) in der Regel keine bildgebende Diagnostik empfohlen (less is more), wie auch bei chronischen Beschwerden (l&auml;nger als 3 Monate). Bei Vorhandensein von red flags (radikul&auml;re Zeichen mit neurologischen Ausf&auml;llen, Alter 50 Jahren, B-Symptome, Ruhe-/Nachtschmerz, Thoraxschmerzen, Immunsuppression, Osteoporose, Trauma) sind jedoch weiterreichende Abkl&auml;rungen n&ouml;tig, wo die konventionelle R&ouml;ntgenaufnahme in stehender Position zur Basisuntersuchung geh&ouml;rt. Wir beschreiben hier einen ungew&ouml;hnlichen Fall eines low back pain bei einer jungen Patientin, bei der erst umfangreiche Diagnostik die Diagnose lieferte.</p>
