Exact indication of the publication from which you would like to reproduce material and detailed information about its intended use help to facilitate and expedite request processing. <p>Notfallsituation: häusliche Gewalt   Einleitung: Häusliche Gewalt ist häufig und Notfallstationen sowie Arztpraxen sind oft die erste Anlaufstelle für Betroffene. Schriftliche Abläufe, wie von der WHO gefordert, unterstützen die Behandlung von Gewaltbetroffenen. Hauptteil: Konkrete und für die Schweiz adaptierte Behandlungsempfehlungen für den Umgang mit häuslicher Gewalt im Gesundheitswesen werden analog dem von S.I.G.N.A.L e.V. entwickelten und evidenzbasierten Handlungsleitfaden vorgestellt. S wie Signal steht für Erkennen und Ansprechen von häuslicher Gewalt. Unter I wie Interview werden Kommunikation und Anamneseerhebung diskutiert. G wie gründliche Untersuchung und N wie Notieren leiten zu gerichtsfester Befunderhebung und Fotodokumentation an. Unter A wie Abklären werden Besonderheiten wie die Rechtslage, Risikofaktoren für Gewalteskalation oder die Gefährdung von schutzbedürftigen Kindern im gleichen Haushalt besprochen. Das Austrittsgespräch und unterstützende Hilfsangebote werden unter L wie Leitfaden thematisiert. Zusammenfassung und Ausblick:   Die unmittelbare Behandlung von Gewaltbetroffenen wird durch schriftliche Prozesse unterstützt. Längerfristig gilt es interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Angebote wie z.B. Runde Tische unter Einbezug aller Schnittflächen auszubauen sowie die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter zu fördern.</p>
