Im kurzzeitigen Verlauf ergab sich jedoch v.a. das Bild eines neu-entdeckten, wahrscheinlich diffus metastasierten, fortgeschrittenen Tumorleidens mit linksseitigem Harnaufstau und einer Sepsis bei gasbildendem (Harnwegs)infekt. Ein erheblicher confirmation bias und disconfirming bias führten zur signifikanten Verspätung des potentiell lebensrettenden Managements.</p>
