      <abstract abstract-type="article" xml:lang="de">&lt;p&gt;Bei akut auftretendem Fußschmerz denkt man zuerst an eine Fasciitis plantaris, eine ossäre Stressreaktion oder gar eine Stressfraktur im Rück- oder Mittelfuß. Beides kann durch eine adäquate Bildgebung (Röntgen, Ultraschall, MRI) nachgewiesen werden. Wie der folgende Fall zeigt, sollte bei fehlender Erklärung für die plantaren Fußschmerzen auch an eine plantare Venenthrombose (PVT) gedacht und danach gesucht werden&lt;/p&gt;</abstract>
