Oft ergänzen sich Hausarzt, Chirurg und Anästhesist in der Patientenbetreuung. So wurde auch unsere Patientin in der präoperativen Sprechstunde gesehen, wodurch bekannt war, dass sie an einer medikamentös therapierten, arteriellen Hypertonie litt. Für das Management der arteriellen Hypertonie in der Praxis existieren gute Richtlinen. Ob und wie die verordneten Medikamente aber tatsächlich eingenommen werden, wird oft nicht hinterfragt. Mit diesem Fallbericht möchten wir für die medikamentöse Malcompliance sensibilisieren und Empfehlungen für das Management präoperativer Hypertonie kurz zusammengefasst wiedergeben.</p>
