      <abstract abstract-type="article" xml:lang="de">&lt;p&gt;Malgré l’amélioration des traitements antirétroviraux, l’incidence des nouveaux cas de SIDA en Suisse est relativement stable avec environ 100 cas par année [1]. Les maladies associées au SIDA sont nombreuses et parfois de présentations inhabituelles. Nous rapportons ici un cas rare de sarcome de Kaposi (SK) cutané avec éléphantiasis (lymphœdème volumineux, chronique et dur) des membres inférieurs et métastatique au niveau osseux. Ce cas illustre les difficultés parfois rencontrées dans la démarche diagnostique dans un cas de lymphœdèmes des membres inférieurs. Chez les personnes avec un phototype de classe élevée selon Fitzpatrick, les lésions de sarcomes de Kaposi peuvent passer inaperçues. De plus, lors de SIDA, le diagnostic différentiel des lésions osseuses est large et nécessite souvent une confirmation histologique.&lt;/p&gt;</abstract>
