Despite having a distinctive clinical, radiological and pathological appearance it is not a well-known diagnosis and the awareness of this entity needs to be increased, all the more so as it appears to be a more common lesion than often thought. In this paper we describe a case of bilateral elastofibroma in an elderly female patient that we believe displays the salient features of this entity.</p>
