In der Behandlung des fortgeschrittenen Prostatakarzinoms wurden in den vergangenen Jahren sehr grosse Fortschritte erzielt und war die Therapielandschaft raschen Veränderungen unterworfen. Die Fülle neuer diagnostischer und therapeutischer Optionen wirft viele neue Fragen auf. In diesem Übersichtsartikel wird auf einige dieser Fragen eingegangen.
