        <p>Skorbut als Extremform eines schweren Vitamin C Mangels ist heute eine vergessene und fast verschwundene Erkrankung geworden. In speziellen Risikosituationen kann diese alte "Seefahrer Krankheit" jedoch auch heute noch auftreten und diagnostische Schwierigkeiten bereiten. Wir beschreiben den Fall eines 43jährigen, diabetischen Patienten bei welchem sich unter Dialysetherapie das Vollbild einer Skorbut-Krankheit entwickelt hat</p>
