        <p>En décembre 2019, les premiers cas d’infection à SARS-Cov2 sont décrits dans la région de Wuhan en Chine. Dès le 11 mars 2020, l’OMS déclare que le COVID-19 est une pandémie. Rapidement les hôpitaux suisses sont confrontés à la prise en charge de patients avec des tableaux cliniques plus ou moins sévères de pneumonies à SARS-Cov2. Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient présentant un syndrome de détresse respiratoire aigu (SDRA) en lien avec cette nouvelle infection virale. La prise en charge se complique avec l’apparition d’un événement thromboembolique.</p>
