        <p>Durchfall stellt, neben Fieber und Hautproblemen, die häufigste Ursache für Arztbesuche bei Reise-Rückkehrern aus tropischen und subtropischen Ländern dar. Um eine Überdiagnostik zu vermeiden, sind Kenntnisse zu möglichen Aetiologien, insbesondere in Zusammenhang mit der Symptomdauer, entscheidend.</p>
