        <p>Un patient de 77 ans, connu pour un antécédent d’accident vasculaire cérébral ischémique traité par clopidogrel, une hypertension artérielle traitée par torasémide et une hypercholestérolémie sous atorvastatine et gemfibrozil, est hospitalisé en raison d’un ictère des sclères avec perturbation hépatobiliaires. Un diagnostic de calcul cholédocien est retenu avec extraction du calcul par ERCP. Par la suite, il développe une insuffisance rénale importante avec une créatininémie mesurée à 481 μmol/l (DFG à 9 ml/min/1.73m2 selon CKD-EPI), une oligurie à 4 ml/h avec apparition d'urines couleur brunâtre.</p>
