        <p>Parmi les glandes endocriniennes, l'hypophyse se distingue par sa sécrétion multi-hormonale et sa localisation à proximité des voies optiques et des nerfs crâniens. Il n'est dès lors pas surprenant que les adénomes hypophysaires, bien que bénins dans la grande majorité, constituent une problématique complexe pour les médecins impliqués dans leur prise en charge.</p>
