        <p>Ibuprofen und andere NSAR werden sehr breit im klinischen Alltag eingesetzt. Als Nebenwirkun- gen auf der Haut sind Exantheme (häufig:  ≥ 1/100, &lt;1/10 gemäss Compendium.ch®; rash gemäss Litt’s drug eruption &amp; reaction manual: &gt;10%) und Urtikaria (Urtikaria selten:  ≥ 1/10’000, &lt;1/1000 gemäss Compendium, Urtikaria auf Ibuprofen gemäss Litt‘s &gt;10%), Purpura, Angioödeme (Angio- ödem auf Ibuprofen gemäss Litt‘s &lt;1%), Fotosensitivitätsreaktionen, schwere kutane Reaktionen wie Erythema exsudativum multiforme, das Stevens-Johnson-Syndrom (SJS) oder die toxische epidermale Nekrolyse (TEN) beschrieben worden. Unser Fall zeigt eine selten dokumentierte Hy- persensitivitätsreaktion auf Ibuprofen, die sich klinisch als Erythema exsudativum multiforme prä- sentierte.</p>
