      <abstract abstract-type="article" xml:lang="de">
        <p>Ein Chylothorax beschreibt eine Sonderform des Pleuraergusses mit Ansammlung von Lymphe im Pleuraspalt. Die konservative Behandlung beinhaltet fettarme Ernährung, die rein parenterale Ernährung sowie ein Therapieversuch mit Somatostatin. Als letzte Option wird jeweils eine Pleurodese diskutiert, welche aber hoch-invasiv ist und häufig nicht zum gewünschten Erfolg führt.
Mittels intranodal, aszendierender kontrastmittelverstärkter MR-Lymphangiographie kann der aberrante Lymphfluss bildlich dargestellt werden und die Therapie in Richtung der minimal-invasiven Lymphsklerosierung führen. Diese kann intranodal aszendierend mittels Lipiodol-Injektion erfolgen.
Wir möchten zwei Fälle vorstellen (einen Neonaten und ein Kleinkind), welche mittels dieser Therapie erfolgreich behandelt werden konnten und die verschiedenen Therapieoptionen und Erscheinungsformen des aberannten Lymphflusses im MRI besprechen.</p>
