        <p>In der heutigen Zeit rückt die Familienplanung zeitlich immer weiter nach hinten. Dies hat zur Folge, dass Frauen häufiger bereits bei der ersten Schwangerschaft am Uterus voroperiert sind. Auch wenn der Hauptgrund für eine Uterusruptur weiterhin eine Narbe nach zurückliegender Sectio ist, nehmen Narben nach anderen Uterusoperationen zu. Sie stellen eine heterogene Gruppe dar und sind wenig erforscht. Guidelines, wie sie während Schwangerschaft und Geburt zu überwachen sind, fehlen.</p>
