      <abstract abstract-type="article" xml:lang="de">
        <p>Le Pityriasis Lichénoïde aigu et Varioliforme (PLEVA) est une maladie inflammatoire cutanée rare d’étiologie indéterminée. La maladie se manifeste sous la forme de lésions maculo-papulaires avec une fine desquamation et une nécrose hémorragique. L’éruption est polymorphe, des lésions existent à différents stades de développement. Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient qui se présente aux urgences avec une éruption cutanée de type purpurique  prédominant aux membres inférieurs survenue 2 mois auparavant dont une lésion croûteuse et douloureuse à la jambe droite sans aucun autre symptôme associé. Ce tableau clinique ouvre un diagnostic différentiel large dont celui des dermatoses de type lichénoïdes qui sont rares et méconnues en médecine de premier recours.</p>
