Nous rapportons le cas d’une jeune patiente ayant présenté des douleurs abdominales au décours d’un syndrome grippal et dans les suites d’un changement de régime alimentaire. Le laboratoire est revenu en faveur d’une perturbation des tests hépatiques et d'une pancréatite aiguë. Devant cette présentation clinique aspécifique nous discoutons des diagnostics différentiels. Un syndrome mononucléosique était présent, une origine virale sur l’EBV a été suspectée.
