      <abstract abstract-type="article" xml:lang="de">
        <p>Les douleurs abdominales sont un motif fréquent de consultation aux urgences, dont l’origine peut être très variée, allant de pathologies bénignes à potentiellement mortelles. Le présent article décrit une des causes possible, la rupture splénique atraumatique, à l’aide d’une étude de cas. La lésion splénique atraumatique est une pathologie rare, néanmoins potentiellement fatale et nécessite une prise en charge rapide. Le but de cet article est d’illustrer l’importance d’inclure la lésion splénique atraumatique dans le diagnostic différentiel lors de la prise en charge de douleurs abdominales aiguës aux urgences.</p>
