        <p>Auch in komplexen oder unklaren Fällen wird im modernen medizinischen Alltag eine genaue Anamnese und umfassende Untersuchung immer wieder vernachlässigt, da man sich zunehmend auf die breit verfügbare Bildgebung und Labordiagnostik verlässt. Jedoch können so rasch relevante Befunde verpasst werden und zu relevanten Diagnoseverzögerungen führen.
Dass stattdessen eine detaillierten Anamnese und eine vollständige körperliche Untersuchung den fleissigen und hartnäckig suchenden Internisten belohnt, zeigt folgender Fallbericht.</p>
