In diesem Artikel wird eine Patientin mit einer appendiko-entero-vesikalen Fistel präsentiert. Dieses Krankheitsbild wird sehr selten beschrieben, viel häufiger bei Männern. Die Diagnosestellung ist wegen der unspezifischen Symptomatik erschwert und meist verspätet. Mit diesem Fallbericht werden wir die Symptome, Diagnostik und Therapie näher beschreiben.
